Ground Source Heating and Cooling Systems:
We install primary heating and central air systems for:

Heating and Central Air systems can be a combination of Radiant floor heating and/or ductwork air.
Radiant Floor Heating Systems:
We will design and install radiant floor heating
systems for all heating systems; be they ground
source heated, solar heated, wood heated, electric
heated, gas heated, oil heated, coal heated or any
combination of the above. We specialize in all
types of radiant heating applications:
- Houses.
- Large multi-story buildings.
- Driveway and parking lot snow removal systems.
- Ground heated green houses.
- Indoor or outdoor swimming pool heating.
- Hot tub heating.
Stand Alone Cooling Systems:
- Central air conditioning systems.
- Grocery store cooling needs.
- Ice making for arenas.
Water & Well Work:
We do work on water and wells, in the areas:
- Yield increasing for water wells
- Bacteria removal from water wells
- Clean and/or install submersible pumps
- Above or below ground water diversion projects
- If it has to do with water, we can do it!
Septic System Design and Install:
We design and install all of the various types of
septic systems:
- Conventional tank and leachfield
- Tank and peatmoss leachfield
- Split systems with separate gray water leach
- Communal systems to save land use for communities (preferably peat beds)
About Our Work
We use only the best available materials and procedures. We will never use galvanized fittings, opting instead for brass or copper. All of our in ground piping is fusion fit only. We are happy with the time we spend on maintenance; and have rarely spent more than an hour troubleshooting a system. We will not use lower grade materials for the following reasons:
- Little to no maintenance on systems
- Long lifespan of systems
- Free our time to work on new installations or conversions elsewhere
Warranty Information
- The majority of the heating/cooling WaterFurnaceŽ
units come with full a 10 year parts and labor warranty.
- We offer a 55 year warranty on all our radiant floor heating systems.
- All ground loops have a warranty of 50 years.
- Pool and hot tub heating systems are either 5 or 10 year warranty, depending on their size (typically units with scroll compressors have 10 yr. warranties).
- There are many options not discussed here, and many dual use systems can also be employed. Generally, units are 10 years, and the pipes are either 50 or 55 years.
